If you are doing something you don't like or enjoy; you will either give it up one day or continue doing it while hating yourself, your life and losing the taste - and this is the worst thing that could ever happen to anybody's life. Diet is what we all want to do but hate doing. So, it is time to look at it differently. Diet doesn't mean deprivation and hunger. This should be called “punishment” not “diet”. Diet means a way of living a healthy life by enjoying the things you love. It is not something that has a start, an end and a free day. It only starts when you are convinced and released. You should do it your own way, the way you love it and enjoy it.
Don't hate yourself because you are overweight. Don't punish yourself by deprivation. Love yourself, understand it and be kind to your beautiful self it is only when you do this you can lose weight.
